A Fire in The Darkness - A Runequest adventure
A series of mysterious fires plague the city of Jonstown, and you are tasked with investigating it.
“It is Storm Season, Disorder Week on the evening of Fireday. The red empty half-moon shines above, providing ample light. In the last five days, Jonstown has suffered three small fires, putting the city on edge. Each time the fires were stopped from spreading to nearby buildings, but if they continue, it is only a matter of time before one gets out of control and a large part of the town burns. Rumors abound that it is arson, and some have claimed to see torch-wielding figures running in the streets immediately before the fires began. Tensions run high in the city.”
This will be a one-shot Runequest adventure played in one session with pregen characters. No previous knowledge of the Runequest system or setting is required.
